For many years the Department has been training scientists and engineers in the sphere of Radio Engineering, Communication, Design of Radio Equipment, and managers of Communication Enterprises for the needs of the Republic and abroad. The Department actively cooperates with a number of Universities of CIS, and as well as the USA, in particular, with the Universities of Sidney, Moscow, St. Petersburg. Grembling, New-Orlean and Baton-Rouge, with which joint projects both in scientific and educational fields are carried out.
