The State
Engineering University of
Armenia , hereinafter
referred to
as ‘University’ headed by the Rector , and
Mr(s). _____________________________________ from ____________ hereinafter referred to as ‘Student’ have signed the following agreement .
1.1 According to this agreement,
the civil code of RA , RA Law on ‘Education’ and the Legislation of SEUA become
the legal basis for interrelation between , and the Parts.
In terms of the present
agreement , the Universityis obliged
to:
2.1 provide all facilities for
the Student to ensure the training at
the Preparatory Department in the
approved training programs (Armenian , Russian and English).
2.2 define the period for
studying at the Preparatory department from ________ to ________.
2.3 register the Student of the
Preparatory department , having passed
tests and exams successfully
and having paid
the tuition fee , and
the Student having passed the
entrance tests
in the first year of ________________________________________________department
in the group fixed for a five - year
training.
2.4 organize the Student`s
tuition, according to the chosen specialty and the results of tests in
compliance with curricula fixed by the Academic Council of the University with
tuition fee _______USD .
2.5 contribute to getting a
residence card.
2.6 provide lodging in Zeytoun
or Massiv Hostels. The payment and the relations with the Hostel administration
are not regulated by this Agreement.
2.7 allow the Student to make
use of reading halls , libraries , sport and cultural complexes and public
catering with native students on equal terms.
The Student is obliged to:
3.1.
attend all the classes properly envisaged by the curriculum and
accomplish all the tasks in time, according to the fixed timetable.
3.2. keep strictly to the Order
and laws stipulated by the Regulations of the University and laws of RA.
3.3. share the responsibility for the University stock
and equipment.
3.4. pay the tuition fee for each
semester no later than one month from the beginning of the semester.
In case of premature
interruption of the Agreement
4.1.
the present agreement becomes valid from the moment being signed by
both sides and comes into force in the period mentioned in the Agreement.
4.2.
the Agreement can be interrupted if the Student has violated one of the
items in Article 3.
4.3.
the Agreement can be interrupted if the Student, for some reason, is not able to continue his
education at the University.
4.4.
the Agreement can be interrupted if the Student does not pay the fee in the fixed period of time.
Special terms
5.1. In case of interruption of
his/her education the Student is not
paid the transferred sum back.
5.2. In case of controversy between
the Parts the situation is regulated by the Civil Code of RA, RA Law on ‘Education’ and the Legislation of SEUA.
5.3. Health insurance of the
Student is within his/her own responsibility.
5.4. The present Agreement is the
only document regulating the relations between the University and the Student.
5.5. Any changes in the Agreement
will be made agreed upon by both sides.
5.6. The present Agreement is
signed in two copies with an equal validity for each copy.
